Texas Beef Ribs

Place Beef Ribs in a large pot, with enough cold water to cover the ribs.
Add a little salt to the water and bring the beef ribs to a gentle boil.
Continue boiling until the meat starts to shrink from the end of the bones.

This should take approximately five minutes.

Remove the beef ribs and rinse under cold water. Make a cut in the meat
between the bones (on the bone side). Rub on a combination of spices.
I like thyme, garlic, sea salt, and black pepper.

Grill on medium heat till golden brown.

Place Ted's Steak Sauce in a shallow pan and heat the sauce.
Cut the ribs between the bones and place in heated sauce.

Simmer for five minutes.
