Turkey Roasting Timetable

Follow these approximate oven times for fresh
or thawed whole turkey cooked at 325 degrees F.


Turkey may be removed from oven when a meat thermometer - inserted in thigh - reaches a minimum temperature of 180 degrees F. Turkey breast must reach minimum temperature of 170 degrees F in the thickest part. Allow 20 minutes standing time before carving.
